40. Ziggy Sobotka (James Ransone)

In many ways, Ziggy is the most dislikeable character in the show. His combination of arrogance and stupidity constantly lands him and his family and co-workers in trouble. But his downfall at the end of series 2 is done so brillantly by the writers that the viewer ends up genuinely feeling for him.
39. Slim Charles (Anwan Glover)
Right-hand first to Avon, then Prop Joe, the ice-cool Slim Charles is one of the show’s most effective exponents of ‘the game’, as well as one of its greatest survivors.
38. Randy Wagstaff (Maestro Harrell)

The luckless Randy suffers badly over the course of Series 4, as being outed as a snitch leads to his school and home life rapidly falling apart.
37. Clay Davis (Isiah Whitlock)

The shamelessly corrupt politician with the now-iconic catchphrase. Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!
36. Namond Brice (Juliton McCullum)
The son of convicted mass murderer and Barksdale associate Wee-Bay, Namond is groomed to take his father’s place in the drugs game by his monstrous mother De’Londa.

I didnt feel Ziggy was unlikable
I’d put Slim Charles in the top 20 at least. Along with Wee-Bay and Omar, he’s a gangster that’s actually likable.
